Location: Head Office with travel across the LBS Group

LBS is Wales' leading independent builders' merchant, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Property & Project to lead the development and management of our branch estate.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll be responsible for delivering our property strategy, managing our estate, and overseeing capital projects including new branch openings, relocations, refurbishments and site improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the LBS property portfolio, including leases, rent reviews, compliance and dilapidations.
• Lead the delivery of capital projects from concept through to completion.
• Identify opportunities to expand and optimise our branch network.
• Manage project budgets, contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Work closely with Operations, Commercial and Finance teams to support the Company's growth strategy.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded property professional with strong project management experience and a proven ability to deliver successful property and construction projects. You'll be an excellent communicator, confident negotiator and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in property, estate management or project management.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness.
• Experience managing contractors, budgets and capital projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Hours of Work: An average of 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm
