Are you a natural leader with a flair for design and customer service? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Showroom Manager to help our customers create the homes of their dreams. You’ll inspire and motivate a small team to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Generate new enquiries by engaging with trade and retail customers.
• Provide accurate kitchen and bathroom designs using Articad (training provided).
• Prepare detailed, professional quotations through Easyquote.
• Manage site visits and customer communications through the Easyquote diary system.
• Ensure all orders are processed, tracked, and delivered on time, using only approved suppliers.
• Oversee showroom standards, ensuring a smart, professional, and welcoming environment.
• Organise and manage showroom vehicle use for deliveries.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in kitchen or bathroom design within a showroom environment.
• Previous managerial or team leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
• Strong organisational ability with high attention to detail.
• IT literacy and willingness to learn new systems.
• A motivated, customer-centric approach.

Hours of work: An average of 40.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 7.30am – 4.30pm, plus every other Saturday morning from 8.00am until 12.00pm.

Salary: Depending on Experience
